As of 3 a.m. on Tuesday, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) - formerly Tropical Depression Auring - was estimated at 105 kilometers east of Infanta, Quezon as the effects of the northeast monsoon will be felt in extreme northern Luzon, PAGASA reported.
Metro Manila, Cordillera Administrative Region, MIMAROPA, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, and Camarines Norte will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorm due to the LPA with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate with at times heavy rains.
